Marissa Jo Moss (Lovell), age 66, passed away surrounded by her children on March 17th, 2024. She was born on November 24th, 1957, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to John and Jo Lovell.

Marissa was a devoted wife to Jerry Moss, who preceded her in death on October 9th, 2023. Together, they shared a lifetime of love and cherished memories. She is also preceded in death by her parents John and Josephine Lovell. She is survived by her children; Jason, Jennifer (Mark), Elise (Roger); Grandchildren, Tyler, Madison, Makayla, Alexis, and Fiona ; and siblings, John (Imilse), Jeff, Lavina, Jason (Lisa).

Her children and grandchildren were her whole world. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, and friend. Marissa was known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family. She touched the lives of all who knew her and will be deeply missed by all.

My condolences to you and your family. I met Marissa in November 2023 when I became her caregiver. We hit it off real well and we developed a friendship that has become like sisters. We chat and laughed until hours into the mornings. Her favorite meal from me was the jerk chicken. She used to try to hide and eat snacks not knowing I can hear. I used to say " I can hear you" then we both laughed. There is whole lot more to be said but it would take the whole day. SIP my sister and we will meet again. My heart is still in shambles.I love you♥️

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was a wonderful person who loved her family. I had the pleasure of talking to her several times on a three way phone call with Lavina. We talked and laughed about anything and everything. My prayers are for the entire family that you find comfort from your loss during the next several weeks through the wonderful memories you have of Marissa.
