I met Judy around 1996 when we were working together at The Granary Market in Pacific Grove, Ca. It didn’t take long before we became friends and were spending a lot of time together at my house or going on hikes in Big Sur. There was no one like Judy. Her intelligence, her sense of humor..she was a rare find. We found each other again several years later and stayed in frequent contact until about three years ago. For some reason I couldn’t sleep last night so I got up and sent her a message; only to have my message returned. Worried; I searched for her on Google, and found the worst news ever. She’s gone. My heart is broken. Judy left a profound and indelible place in my heart and I will never forget her. My belated condolences to her family and friends…✨❤️✨

My heart is breaking for the loss of Jude. She was one of my 1st friends when I moved and went to Ossian in our 8th grade year. Her unique laugh, voice and smile were the best. To many moments to share, but I will always remember and treasure them. I know her family is so saddened by this sudden event. But, as all of us who knew Jude well, she did it her way and that is what I loved about her. She was truly one of kind and one to nature. God bless her and all she touched.
