David Butler

David Butler February 18, 1964 – May 23,2023

David passed away on May 23^rd at St Francis Hospital, Indianapolis from a short illness.  He was surrounded in love by his wife and sister.

David was a loving, funny, all-around great man who loved to make others laugh and would be the first to offer his help to anyone that needed it.  David had been a truck driver by trade since 1998 and loved the open road and the freedom he felt when traveling.  He was a member of the Masonic lodge in Sullivan, Indiana

He is survived by his wife, Tamarra Butler of Robinson, Illinois; sister and brother in-law, Tracy and Wayne Robbins of Virden, Illinois; step son and daughter in-law John and Haylea Bowden and their son, Lucas; step daughter, April Bowden and her children, Ethan Bowden, Anthony and Sofia Escobedo who reside in Robinson, Illinois; niece, Artishmie Robbins of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; nephew, Wayne Robbins Jr. (Morgan Wiseman) of Burlington, Kentucky.

David was preceded in death by his father, William Butler and Mother, Marjorie Curry Butler.

Per David’s wishes, there will be a Celebration of Life with the time to be determined.
