Curtis Dean Wehrley, 60, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away peacefully at Indiana University Hospital on September 20th, 2023.
Curt was born in Richmond, Indiana on June 14, 1963, to Sandra and Darrell Wehrley. Curt attended Union County High School in Liberty. He went on to attend and play basketball at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He then obtained his Master’s Degree from Purdue University in statistics.
Curt married Mandy Ogan and together they had 2 children, Samantha Kate and Devin Michael. Curt worked for General Mills as a Data Scientist. He was passionate about the great outdoors, exercising/leading a healthy lifestyle, reading/learning, and of course, golf!
Curt is survived by his wife, Mandy; his two children, Samantha (Jordan) Miller and Devin Wehrley; his mother, Sandra Wehrley; and brother, Jason (Robin) Wehrley. He is also survived by so many extended family members. He was predeceased by his father, Darrell; and brother, Tyler.
A private family gathering/celebration of life will take place at a later date.
Curt, and all of us, have been overwhelmed and full of gratitude for the outpouring of love that has blanketed each of us.
