Brenda Joyce StJohn

Brenda Joyce St John, 66, went home on March 3. 2023. Brenda, a faithful child of the Lord was born in Martinsville Indiana on June 25, 1956, to the late Edward H Randolph and surviving mother, Eva E Randolph. Brenda is survived by children, son Brandon Lorne Sims, daughters Amanda Leeann Coleman, and Megan Renee St John; Sisters; Beverly M. Randolph, Jasmine Ann Lindsey. Grandchildren who knew her as “Gerty” Khirston, Olivia, Austin, Brandon Lee, Shawn, Elijah, Isaac, and Stella: great grandchildren; Evelyn, Theo-Wynonna, and Bluebird.  She was proceeded in death by brother Edward Neal Randolph; and grandson Nathaniel. She walked through the earth with a smile worth a million dollars and eyes that lit up the world. Her telling stories that inspired those around her with great love for the lord and leading those forward to always remember her breads and scriptures.

Brenda deeply loved all her children and family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, coffee, sweet music, and yard sales. She also enjoyed traveling country roads, adventures, and home design.

She will be remembered for her caring ear, storytelling, ability to make people laugh, generosity of time and resources, and spreading of inspiration through the truth of God’s word. She was sincerely strong in her beliefs and spreading God’s love.  Brenda’s middle name recognizes the joyous person she was, she filled the world with joy and shared that with others daily.

Family and friends will gather for Brenda’s celebration of life on Saturday June 25, 2023, from 2-7 at Sodalis Nature Park. 7700 Country Rd 975 East, Plainfield Indiana. Arrangements have been entrusted to The Cremation Society of Indiana, 4115 Shelby Street. Leave A Message, Share A Memory
