Anthony Wayne Scifres

May 25, 1971 – June 10, 2023

Anthony W. Scifres, Age 52 passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, June 10th, 2023.

Survivors include his sister, Angela (Scifres) LeCocq, William LeCocq (brother-in-law), Bryer LeCocq (nephew) and Brailee LeCocq (niece) all of Spencer, Indiana. Several uncles, aunts, cousins, and many close friends.

Preceding in his death, Father Stephen Wayne Scifres, Mother Marilyn Ray Scifres, Grandparents Dale and Bernadine Nicely and Hugh and Arnell Scifres.

Tony had a heart of gold and had so many friends and family that loved him. He loved to play golf and hang out with friends and family. He loved spending time with his niece and nephew when he was able. In his younger years, he played football, baseball, basketball and participated in show choir at Center Grove High School. His hometown was always Greenwood, Indiana even though he lived in several locations when he was older. Tony was always checking with his little sister to make sure she was always doing okay. He was the best brother that anyone could ask for. Rest in peace to a brother, uncle, and husband.
