Nina Darlene Sutton

April 6, 1948 - June 14, 2020

Nina Darlene Sutton, age 72 of Indianapolis, Indiana, went to be with the Lord on June 14, 2020.

She was born in 1948 in Willow Hill Township Jasper County, Illinois to Lorance and Bertha Keys. After graduating from Oblong High School in Illinois, she attended God’s Bible School and College in Cincinnati, Ohio. While attending college, she met David Sutton and they married on June 21, 1968. Nina was a Supervisor at Hurco Manufacturing as well as a Homemaker. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, working jigsaw puzzles, doing yard work, and taking care of her dogs. For those that knew her, she was a dedicated and generous caregiver to the young and old.

Nina is survived by her husband, David; four children, Rachel Sutton, Jason Sutton, Kevin (Tiffany) Sutton, and Rebecca (Christopher) Sutton; 9 grandchildren; brothers, Roy Keys, James Keys, Estell (Cathy) Keys, and Chester (Bobbie) Keys; sisters-in-law, Norma Keys and Opal Keys and Gayetta Bickers, who was like a sister; along with several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents and three brothers, Paul Keys, Rodger Keys, and Charles Keys.

The family will hold a private celebration of life at a later date.

A lovely picture of a lovely lady. We only knew Nina for a short time but we both enjoyed talking to her when we saw her outside. We are very sorry for your loss.
