Rosalie Jovanovich

Rosalie Jovanovich, age 86, passed away on August 11, 2024 at Riverview Health in Noblesville, Indiana.

Rosalie was born in Gary, IN, on January 23, 1938 to the late Nichola and Frances Marovich.   

She is survived by her children, Melina Endris (Phil) of Noblesville, IN and  Michael Jovanovich(Mary) of Indianapolis, IN; granddaughters Olivia Endris and Piper Endris; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. 

Rosalie was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Miroslav (Mike) Jovanovich; and by her eight siblings, Jeannette Moblo, Marie Kapugia, Dorothy Damian, Stan Marovich, Craig Marovich, Millie Blystone, Evelyn Kaye, and Natalie Deanna Worthen.

After her retirement from AT&T,  Rosalie enjoyed crocheting, baking, and doing crossword puzzles.  She found great joy in being able to share the items she crocheted as well as the brownies, cookies, and other Serbian treats with those who helped her throughout her life, especially in her later years. 

The family has entrusted The Cremation Society of Indiana with the final arrangements. Feel free to post a message or share a memory.

A private celebration of life will be held by the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to The American Heart Association at or the Indianapolis Humane Society.
