Lisa Ann Cassel, 62, passed away July 27, 2024 from complications brought on by cardiovascular issues. She was born November 27, 1961, to the late, Dorsey & Edna Janet (Smith) Rhodes.

Lisa loved music but most of all loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey W. Cassel; daughter, Amanda Aust; sons, Travis (Deborah Jackson) Aust & Zachary (Becky) Clemons; extended family, Shyanna (Chris) Polachek, Roseann Brown-Dirk, & April Conley; sister, Marla Larue; brothers, Jim Rhoades & David Rhoades; stepmother, Barbara Sorrell Rhoades; twenty-four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

Arrangements are entrusted to The Cremation Society of Indiana. There are no services scheduled at this time. Please leave the family a message or share a memory.

Lisa was a kind and loving soul. Even though her physical heart failed, her spiritual heart was strong. Whenever we spoke, she would always talk highly of her family and her deep love for them. She loved the Lord😊❤️🙏🏼. Praying for all of her family as you grieve her physical passing.
