Bruce “Doug” D. Walters

October 30, 1950 - January 6, 2021

Doug was born to M.Donald Walters and Mary E. (Wolfe) Walters in Beech Grove, IN. He was a life long resident of Indianapolis, other than his time spent in the Military.

He enjoyed watching all types of sports, especially the Cubs and Colts. He enjoyed bowling and fishing as well. The majority of his career was spent driving trucks.

He is survived by his wife Gayle (Steorts) of 40 years. Daughter Crystal, granddaughters Amber Langston (Mike), Kaylee, Jazmine. Grandsons Cameron and Dustin. Sister, Judith (Black), brother Daniel Walters (Paulette). He had numerous nieces, nephews and other loved ones. Doug was preceded in death by both parents, brothers David and Don Walters. and sisters Carol (Brown), Debbie Walters and niece Mary.
