To Mike's sister, he was an amazing guy with a great sense of humor--I am truly sorry for your loss. I always looked for him in clinic so I could say "Hi" and see how he was doing. I am thankful for the chance to have known him and immensely enjoyed his company whenever we were together. Now he can win EVERY card game from heaven.
