Heather was born on March 28, 1978, in Michigan to her loving mother Cynthia Cole.

She was working as a Dispatcher for UPS. She loved gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her boyfriend Keith Carter; Children Donavin Teegarden, Samantha Teegarden, Reese Carter, Carson Carter, and Zoey Carter; grandchildren Amaiya and Marijayne Teegarden; Mother Cynthia Cole; brother Tom Wasnich and family.

Per her wishes the family has chosen cremation and there will not a public service.
