Billie Gene Sink, 75, passed away Monday, November 3, 2025, after an extended illness in Middletown, Indiana. He was born on September 3, 1950, in Anderson, Indiana to Eugene and Eva (Jordan) Sink.
Billie was employed by Markleville Lumber before his retirement. Prior to that he had been employed by Chesterfield Lumber and Mathews Market for many years.
He is a 1970 graduate of Madison Heights High School in Anderson before being drafted into military service. He served in the artillery branch of the US Army as a M109 howitzer crew member.
He married Deborah Ewell in 1973 before divorcing in 1982.
He was a Little League Baseball coach for Meadowbrook Little League for many years. He was an avid auto racing fan and traveled all over the Midwest attending races with his son and grandson.
He is survived by his son David (wife Heather) Sink of Anderson, daughter Candie (husband Paul) Smith of Greenfield, sister Cheryl Washington of Marion, grandson Aaron Sink, granddaughter Elia Sink, multiple great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He is proceeded in death by his parents and brother Terry W. Sink.
A grave site service will be held at a later date.
