Alice Katherine Weaver

Alice Katherine Weaver passed away Saturday, October 29, at the age of 92. She was born May 17, 1930, in Wabash Indiana to the late Howard and Josephine Strickler.  She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Turley, of Cornelius, NC., and son, Mike Weaver of Carmel, IN, as well as her grandchildren, Jessica Washam, Cameron Weaver, Nick Weaver and Chloe Weaver.  She was proceeded in death most recently by her daughter Kris Weaver.  She was a loving Mother and Grandmother and adored her family and friends.

Alice graduated from Wabash High School and spent most of her life in Plainfield, IN.  She had been a member at First Baptist Church in Plainfield.

She was employed by Williams Brothers Appliance, Plainfield, the Plainfield Trustee’s Office, and the Plainfield Correctional Facility for the Chaplain.  After retiring, she volunteered to be the Hendricks County Hospital Chaplain. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cremation Society of Indiana 4115 S. Shelby St.
