My first day at Crown Moving & Storage I was sent out with Harold to unload a piano. We start to unload the piano and didn’t have a dolly, Harold tells me we’ll just unload it by hand. I was unsure about doing this without dropping it or hurting me or Harold. He talked me thru how we would unload it, mission accomplished, no damage or injury. R.I.P. Harold!
