Audrey “Odd” Lynn Butler

Audrey “Odd” Lynn Butler, 28, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on Monday, December 13th, 2021, after a lengthy battle with addiction. Our beloved sister, mother, daughter, friend, niece, and granddaughter was bon on January 21st, 1993, to Eric Runion and Angela Butler of Indiana.

She was the first born of three children, and is survived by her daughter: Keira Kay-Lynn; sister: Sabrina; brother: Frank; aunt: Ruby; grandmother: Mary; father: Eric, and many more. She is preceded in death by her mother: Angela. Even though she was born in Indiana, Audrey, at the age of three, relocated with her mother to Redding, CA, where she spent most of her teenage life exploring the beautiful nature California had to offer. She eventually moved back to her home state in 2010.

Audrey never wanted to be defined by her addiction and mistakes as she was a beautiful, intelligent, eccentric, and spunky, free-spirited soul, who fell into the cracks of life. She had a passion for art and baking; had notebooks filled with recipes; was always the life of the party; loved deeply and fiercely, and was there when you needed someone you could count on.

She was a wonderful, loving mother to Keira Kay-Lynn, and wanted nothing more than for her daughter to grow up knowing that she meant the world to her. Audrey fought hard, but in the end, it was a battle she could not win. She is now at peace with our beloved mother, and is loved and will be deeply missed by all.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in January, 2022, where any and all who were close to Audrey may attend.
