Rita Summers

Rita T Summers, age 74, passed away peacefully December 3rd 2021 due to multiple health complications. She was born June 28th 1947 in St. Louis Missouri to William and Bernice Tinsely.
Rita was a fun loving, good spirited woman with an enormous heart. She loved to play cards, especially euchre. She was very family oriented and spent as much time as she could with her siblings in Topeka, Kansas. She was a loving and devoted grandmother. She was an avid reader, her favorite author was Stephen King. Rita was a woman of strong faith, she especially valued attending church online as well as the Joyce Meyer Ministries. Rita is survived by immediate family, her daughter, Stephanie Stoner and husband Chris Stoner; her grandson Corey Summers; her granddaughter Lilliana Dawson. A celebration of life will be planned by her daughter before the new year.
