Mr. Zebendon was a quiet and effective community leader for many years. He promoted opportunity for young workers and people of all levels of skill and training to make a contribution to Bloomington while also growing and achieving their full potential. His large and loving family is an example of that vision. RIP Chuck, from a former employee.
