Jerry Dean Mullins, 57, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on March 9th, 2021. He was born on January 20th, 1964 to Gilbert and Dellal Mullins in Richlands, Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Mullins; daughter, Rebecca Mullins; and sister, Goldie Harman. Private services will be held in Virginia.
