David Lyle Howe, 68, of New Castle, IN passed away on December 24, 2020. He was born on January 19, 1952 to Cack Howe and Addirene Carroll.

He worked as a telephone technician for over 20 years.

David is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Howe and Brandy Howe; son, David Howe; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brother, Jeff; and sisters, Tammy, Trish, and Susie

He is preceded in death by his mother, Addirene Carroll; and brother, Tony Carroll.
