Noel Branscum

January 23, 1949 - December 6, 2020

Noel Branscum passed away on December 6, 2020 at the age of 71. He was born in Kentucky to Robert and Stella Branscum (born Alton). He had 7 siblings. He married Nancy Carol Wynn (born Leslie) and was blessed with 3 children of his own: Jerome Scott Wynn, Laura Anne Branscum and Roger Allen Branscum as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He worked at Washington Park Cemetery East for over 40 years as grounds keeper/laborer before retiring. He enjoyed spending all his extra time with his family and friends. He was a generous and very caring person who liked to help people whenever he could. He was loved and will be deeply missed by his family, friends and everyone who knew him.

Noel was preceded in death by his father;  Robert, mother; Stella, brother; Hubert, wife; Nancy and his oldest son; Jerome.
