Alberta Green Thompson, 77, passed away on July 10, 2020 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Alberta was born on September 23, 1942 to Henry and Priscilla Green in Drew, Mississippi.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; her children, Kenita (David) Highbaugh, Karyn Thompson, and Kenneth Thompson Jr.; as well as, a host of family and friends.

Alberta is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Priscilla Green.

There will be a memorial in remembrance of Alberta on Sunday July 19, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. on Zoom.

We will truly miss our friend, Alberta. Our condolences go out to all of the family. As we wait for the time when Jehovah wakes her up, may you be comforted in knowing that she will not be forgotten. Alberta touched the lives of many.

I was truly saddened to hear about the loss of my cousin Alberta. How I long for the day when we can all welcome her back along with other loved ones. My thoughts and prayers will be with you Kenny, Kenita, Karyn and Freddie!
